Taline Sabella is an accomplished researcher, team leader, and project manager with a strong background in education and development, boasting over 13 years of experience.

Currently, she holds a key position at the Queen Rania Foundation (QRF) in Amman, where she oversees the policy and research portfolio.

In addition to her role at QRF, Taline serves as the Deputy Research Director for Jordan in the Education Research in Conflict and Protracted Crisis (ERICC) consortium, under the leadership of IRC.

She pursued her Master of Arts in International Education and Development at the prestigious University of Sussex, known for its top-ranking in development studies, further enhancing her expertise.
