Tamara revolutionized the traditional agency model by introducing a distributed workforce approach, attracting top-tier talent to develop innovative social media strategies tailored to various markets, timezones, languages, and cultures. In addition to her role at Social Element, Tamara co-founded Polpeo in 2013, a crisis simulation platform utilized by brands and agencies to prepare for and manage social media crises through simulation technology.

Tamara's educational background includes a BA in Arts and Psychology from The University of Manchester.
