As a Senior Project Manager at AZO - Space of Innovation, she plays a pivotal role in spearheading innovative projects that drive economic development and enhance business capabilities. Her leadership skills were previously demonstrated during her tenure as a Managing Partner at Accelerator ScaleUp, where she guided startups and entrepreneurs through the scaling process, providing them with essential resources and strategic advice.
Tamara's extensive experience also includes her role as Project Manager at Youth Business International (YBI), where she worked collaboratively to promote youth entrepreneurship and cultivate sustainable business practices among young innovators.
