He graduated with honors from the Western Culinary Institute with an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training and also studied at West Linn Highschool.

Tamer has held various positions in the culinary industry, including roles as Chef de Cuisine, Sous Chef, Executive Chef, and Lead Line Chef at establishments like Boke Bowl, Beaker and Flask, Craig and Sally's, and Genoa.

In addition to his culinary experience, Tamer Riad has ventured into the realm of commercial real estate, working as a Commercial Real Estate Broker at Debbie Thomas Real Estate.

His entrepreneurial spirit led him to co-own establishments like Wonderly Bar, Aalto Lounge, and Tadros Enterprises.

Tamer also gained diverse experiences through positions such as Placement Chaperone at CENTRL Office, Sous Chef at The Original, and Chef de Partie at Beaker and Flask.

His internship at Admiralty Dive Center showcases his dedication to learning and exploring different sectors.
