Tammy Taylor is currently the National Security Advisor at the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL). She has an extensive background in global security and nuclear nonproliferation, having previously served as the Chief Operating Officer of the National Security Directorate at PNNL, where she managed a large team and significant budget focused on national security initiatives.34

Tammy holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in Environmental Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from New Mexico State University. She is recognized as a subject matter expert in her field, having authored over 70 publications and technical reports.23
