Before her internship at UP.Labs, Tamra was part of the founding team at Green Project, a decarbonization startup that focused on increasing access to emissions data for early-stage companies.2 Green Project was later acquired by ACT Commodities in March 2022.2

Tamra's educational background includes a BA in Environmental Economics and Policy from UC Berkeley.2 Her professional interests lie in climate technology, sustainability, and entrepreneurship.
