Prior to her current position, Tamy was a Co-Founder & Project Lead at PRIMA, demonstrating her commitment to human rights issues through innovative methodologies and analysis.

With experience as the Latin America Coordinator at Benetech within the Human Rights Data Analysis Group, Tamy has a solid background in leveraging data for impactful change in the region.

Her dedication to international justice is evident from her role as an International Justice Program Assistant at Human Rights First, where she contributed to advancing global human rights causes.

Tamy's skills in investigative journalism were honed during her time as a Leonard Silk Research Fellow at the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists (ICIJ), showcasing her ability to uncover complex stories with precision.

Additionally, she served as a Project Director and Researcher at Educaction for Public Inquiry and International Citizenship (EPIIC), focusing on NGO perceptions in Bosnia regarding transitional justice issues, highlighting her commitment to transitional justice and public inquiry.

Tamy kickstarted her career with an internship at the Permanent Mission of Bosnia and Herzegovina to the United Nations, showcasing her interest in international relations and diplomacy.
