As the former Vice President of Communications & Strategy at Outdoor Alliance, Tania led groundbreaking campaigns to amplify the voices of the outdoor community in advocating for the protection of public lands and waters. Her expertise lies in advocacy communications, content development, social media strategy, and campaign management.

During her tenure, Tania spearheaded a national campaign that redefined 'public lands' for the 21st century, significantly expanding Outdoor Alliance's reach and impact. She co-founded the impactful Recreate Responsibly campaign, which garnered over 2 billion impressions and engaged numerous conservation partners, mobilizing a new cohort of outdoor enthusiasts as advocates.

With a robust background in grant writing and program management, Tania tripled funding for research initiatives and innovatively used interactive reports to convey nonprofit narratives. Her adeptness in editorial writing, public land policy communication, and database management has been instrumental in driving successful initiatives across various organizations.
