In fiction writing, Tanya is skilled in producing short stories, novels, and television screenplays, including specs and pilots. She is currently pursuing a Master of Fine Arts (M.F.A.) at the Michener Center for Writers at the University of Texas in Austin.

Her technical writing expertise lies in copywriting and copy editing for a diverse range of B2B and B2C clients. This includes work on blogging, website content, traditional promotional materials, and academic articles. Tanya has worked with clients in various sectors such as consumer goods, media, academia, legal services, and NGOs.

With a background in law, Tanya Ponton has practiced in both London and New York, making her fluent in legal documentation and communication. Previously, she held the position of head of talent management at a growing company where she was responsible for drafting vendor agreements, public presentations, and press responses.

Tanya's educational background includes a Master of Fine Arts (M.F.A.) in Creative Writing from The Michener Center for Writers at The University of Texas at Austin, a Juris Doctor (JD) from Columbia University School of Law, and an AB in Political Science and Government from Harvard University.

She has also been actively involved in various organizations, having founded 5 Hundred Words. Tanya has held positions such as Director, Global Attorney Development at Axiom, Associate at Jones Day, Founder at Henry's Brown Boxes, and Associate at several other prestigious law firms.
