Specializing in higher education, professional and workforce development, grant writing, project management, leadership, and adult learning, Tara has a strong background in training program development.

With a Doctoral degree in Higher Education from the University of Arkansas, a Master's in Educational Leadership and Technology from Minnesota State University Moorhead, and a Bachelor's in Business Education from Winona State University, she has solid educational foundations.

Tara has been actively involved in tribal education, working closely with the Potawatomi and Sokaogon Chippewa tribes.
