Passionate about harnessing technology to drive business growth and optimize organizational potential, Tatsuya's background includes prior experience as an application developer for core banking systems at Deutsche Bank.

He holds a Master's degree in Psychology with a focus on Cognitive Neuroscience from The University of Tokyo.
