Worlds do not intersect. There is the world of philanthropists who have secured wealth for several generations ahead and are concerned about education, culture, science, the environment, and so on. They are very eager to make the world a better place, but they are surrounded by a circle chosen over decades, which conveys a limited view of the world that they believe in, and this influences their decisions regarding the allocation of funds.

There is the world of professional investors who find it very challenging to discover great teams, hardworking, non-burnout managers, and enthusiastic ideologists who can multiply their wealth.

There is the world of entrepreneurs and non-profit organizations that try to both receive funding and gather around them those who will actually make the world better with their hands.

There are employees who are looking for jobs and trying to enter the world of predictable payments and have stability and guarantees.

Plus, there is the separate world of politics, which is not for today's discussion.

Between these worlds, there are intermediaries and consultants. Those who have access to different layers of information and help worlds intersect.

Through them, there is a certain distortion, and therefore employers cannot always fill vacancies with the right people, philanthropists spend millions and are disappointed that their help is not noticeable. There are not enough professional intermediaries who altogather with representatives of all worlds could really make the world a better place to live. And high-level intermediaries quickly migrate to those worlds where they no longer need to be active on social networks or be public...

And how do you see the world? #fridayphilosophy
