How can we help a friend get a passport renewal appointment at a US consulate before April 19?
We have a friend who is travel to Israel on April 20. He submitted his passport for renewal in December but the passport still isn’t ready! He tried to find a US consulate with appointment openings this week or next and hasn’t been successful. Does anyone know anyone who can help? Or have any strategies that would help him get his passport renewed by April 19? Or to get an appointment with a US consulate?
