They further pursued their academic aspirations by obtaining a B.A. in Communication, Theatre, Musical Theater, Communication Sciences, and Disorders from Northwestern University.

Building upon their undergraduate education, Taylor went on to achieve a Master's degree from the Bren School of Environmental Science & Management at the University of California, Santa Barbara, focusing on Corporate Environmental Management, Eco-Entrepreneurship, and Environmental Communication and Media.

In terms of professional experience, Taylor is the Co-Founder and CEO of The Hurd Co., a role that showcases their entrepreneurial spirit and leadership skills.

Prior to this role, Taylor gained valuable insights and expertise through positions like Materials & Sustainability Intern at Toad&Co, Innovation Intern at Sustainable Health Enterprises (SHE), Associate Director of Impact / Social Media Manager at Plastic Oceans Foundation, and Lead Musical Theatre Instructor / On-Site Administrator at The Adderley School.
