Ted's expertise spans across branding, broadcasting, public relations, multi-channel marketing, campaign management, government relations, and real estate development. His work has earned him multiple accolades, including two Regional Emmys, a NAIOP Best Project, and a Silver Anvil award.

Throughout his career, Ted has held various roles in esteemed organizations, including Founder & Principal at Norden Strategies, Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, and Vice President of Communications at the Minnesota Timberwolves, along with positions at renowned firms like Weber Shandwick and Himle Horner.
Ted also served in key political roles, such as Deputy Campaign Manager for Humphrey for Governor, State Field Director for Clinton/Gore 1996, Special Assistant to the Attorney General at the State of Minnesota, Presidential Advance at The White House, Campaign Manager for Oberstar for Congress, and various positions in Clinton/Gore Presidential Campaign and the Minnesota Senate Commerce Committee Clerk.
