Previously, he held key roles at IvyCap Ventures, Fosun, and Fosun RZ Capital, managing diverse portfolios and investment teams globally.
Tej has a remarkable track record of 40+ angel investments in his personal capacity, reflecting his commitment to fostering innovation and entrepreneurial growth.
At Fosun, Tej spearheaded notable investments in companies like Delhivery, Ixigo, Kissht, DOT Pay, and Makemytrip, playing instrumental roles in successful exits such as Delhivery's IPO.
Before his current roles, Tej served as the Country Head for Daily Mail Group in London, strategically leading investments in B2C and B2B businesses, including establishing the Daily Mail India office.
Prior to that, he significantly contributed to the expansion of Naspers' portfolio growth in India as the Strategy Head, launching and managing e-commerce ventures and driving strategic acquisitions.
During his tenure at AOL in the United States, Tej held key positions in e-commerce and played a pivotal role in expanding the company's international presence in the Asia Pacific region, particularly in India and China.
Tej's academic background includes a Master's degree in Business Management from Johnson & Wales University, a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Bangalore University, and executive education from the Wharton Business School.
