🚀 TL;DR - Come join this rocketship as we transform the world of education and truly reshape what it means to build equitable access to the best careers! 🚀

I joined Multiverse a year and a half ago, at the very beginning of the US journey. At the time, you could count the number of apprentices, clients, and employees on one hand (each). We had just raised our Series B and were valued at $200m.

Fast-forward to today, we've grown our US team to 70+ incredible people. We have hundreds of apprentices on programs such as #softwareengineering and #data at world-leading employers like Verizon, Cisco, and Visa. We've raised two record-breaking EdTech rounds from the world's best investors, multiplying our valuation to $1.7b.

As I was standing in Times Square yesterday for the second time in under a year, looking at the amazing team around me, I could not be more proud of what we have all achieved for our apprentices and what more we'll be able to do with this next fundraise.

Come join us on this journey and/or share folks that you recommend! I'm #hiring for two critical roles in the US:

💻 Senior Product Manager - This may be one of the best product roles out there, truly. The person in this role will have the unique opportunity to stand up a brand new product area at Multiverse and build a squad from scratch, focusing on building a world-class experience for our incredible clients (https://lnkd.in/gn9-hPmG)

💻 Senior Product Designer - The person in this role will be partnering closely with the above SPM to pioneer the end-to-end design, research, and usability efforts for the brand new client experience product area (https://lnkd.in/gxRPnTKt)

🚨 Calling all mission-driven consultants & startup operators! 🚨

Multiverse's US business is hiring for its next Strategy & Operations Lead. This person will partner closely with our incredible VP/GM of North America, Sophie Ruddock, to lead cross-functional strategic initiatives and set the US business operationally up for scale, working across the local leadership team and global Multiverse organization.

This person will be taking over for me as I step into a new role at Multiverse (more to come soon!), and I can personally speak to how incredible this past year has been. I've had the unique opportunity to work across every part of the business and drive forward key strategic priorities - learning a ton along the way. We have grown from 0-60 people this past year and are expecting to 3-4x next year in terms of people, revenue, and apprentices placed. You will be instrumental to making this a reality!

Generalist roles like these at high-growth startups are rare, and they are even rarer at truly mission-driven organizations. So, if you are looking for any of the following, get in touch!

🚀 A role where no two days are the same, with a unique opportunity to both think strategically and flex your operational muscles (think - special projects, growth initiatives, operational process definition)

🚀 A career defining experience scaling and building a mission-driven unicorn where you don't have to choose between social impact and commercial success

🚀 The chance to join a company that is changing how the game is played by building for the workforce of the future and redefining who gets to access the best careers, partnering with the worlds best businesses and VCs to do so
