So much of who we are is how we is in how we were raised.....

How we receive feedback is greatly impacted by our sense of self which is influenced by our upbringing.

Most of the time we feel comfortable telling our friends and partners how we prefer to receive feedback.

Why don't we feel the same level of comfort telling our managers and leaders how we prefer to receive feedback?

We are all different. Let's start embracing this.
