Terence Chatmon has a diverse professional background, starting as a soda bottle recycling entrepreneur at the age of six to becoming a senior executive leader handling billions of dollars at The Coca Cola Company.

He has held senior executive leadership positions at renowned companies like Johnson & Johnson, Citibank, and Coca-Cola, showcasing his expertise in leadership and business management.

Chatmon is a transformational leader known for his success as an entrepreneur and as the President and CEO of global not-for-profit organizations.

In recent years, he served as the president of The John Maxwell Leadership Foundation and EQUIP Leadership, leading these non-profit entities to their best-in-class years through strategic guidance and operational excellence.
