Vice President, Development, Hyperscale at Equinix

Terry Rennaker is a seasoned professional who currently serves as the Vice President of Development for the Hyperscale Infrastructure Team (HIT) at Equinix, a role he assumed in 2018. At Equinix HIT, Terry oversees the provision of services to top global cloud, technology, and SaaS providers for their extensive worldwide deployments.

Before his tenure at Equinix, Terry Rennaker founded his own project management services firm, Rennaker Company, where he successfully delivered project and program management solutions to some of the largest data center users around the globe. His experience in project delivery spans various continents.

In his career journey, Terry also held the position of Management of Integrated Solutions Development at Skanska, where he concentrated on streamlining the supply chain processes related to finance, technology innovation, design, construction, commissioning, and operation of data centers. Additionally, he served as the Director of Mission Critical at CB Richard Ellis in Canada, leading the seamless execution of a significant $700 million data center program.

Terry Rennaker holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University, underscoring his strong educational foundation. He also had a stint as a professional football player, having played for the Seattle Seahawks in the NFL.

Outside his current role at Equinix and previous engagements, Terry has been associated with prominent organizations such as TowardZero.org, Eagle Rock Partners, LLC, Rennaker Company Consulting, Inc., Skanska, CB Richard Ellis, and others, where he has held strategic roles contributing to the success of various critical infrastructure projects.
