Time for a new adventure
Today after more than 12 years at Rabobank, I started as a Learning & Development Consultant at ProRail.
Thanks Rabobank! I am grateful for all these years and the trust, learning opportunities and great programs that I was able to contribute to. From implementing Yammer and other SharePoint sites to designing and facilitating global talent programs, optimizing and promoting the personal development budget, creating awareness on Operational Risks, boosting the employee development on future skills and many more. And happy to have worked with so many professional and amazing colleagues!
Looking forward to starting this new journey at ProRail, developing myself further in a whole new context and contributing to the L&D challenges to achieve the ambitions: 'ProRail verbindt, verbetert, verduurzaamt'.

Something to think about after the HRD-congress #Liefdevoorleren (Love for Learning) on February 14. Love for learning is…
… making real contact to give attention to one another. … understanding how psychological safety effects performance. … doing one thing at a time that requires effort of your working memory. Keep conscious focus in a lightning Times Square environment! … learning to give words to feelings and needs. … working on your implicit curriculum vitae to intervene on your individual role in group dynamics. … knowing that there is no reflection without a standard! … recognizing that the comfort zone is over, welcome to the learning zone.
