Tessa Rompen is a highly accomplished professional with a strong educational background and extensive experience in product management, clinical suites, process improvement, and engineering.

Tessa's educational journey includes a Master of Science (MSc) in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Innovation Management from Technische Universiteit Eindhoven, a study in Business and IT at Queensland University of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Engineering, also from Technische Universiteit Eindhoven.

Currently, Tessa serves as the Product Manager of Open Platform in Digital & Computational Pathology (DCP) at Philips. Previously, she held the roles of Product Owner for Clinical Suites in DCP and also contributed as a Works council member, Process Improvement Engineer, and Requirements Manager at Philips.

Prior to her engagement at Philips, Tessa gained professional experience through internships at Philips Healthcare-MRI and various roles as a Student-assistant at Eindhoven University of Technology. She has also showcased her skills and versatility in sales as a former Sales Agent at Call-IT.
