She holds a Masters in Management with a specialization in Fashion and has studied Business and Fashion at the renowned London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London. Additionally, Thalia pursued a Bachelors in Commercial Studies with a focus on Finance at Western University.

With an impressive career trajectory, Thalia is the Founder and Brand Strategist at TT CoLLECTIVE, a role that showcases her entrepreneurial spirit and expertise in developing and managing brands.

Prior to her entrepreneurial venture, she held key positions in prestigious organizations such as NET-A-PORTER, Hudson's Bay Company, Sears Canada, Holt Renfrew, and Salvatore Ferragamo. At NET-A-PORTER, she excelled as the Buying Manager for Shoes, demonstrating her acumen in product selection and market analysis.

Thalia's experience also includes roles as a Buyer for Women's Designer Footwear, Outerwear & Accessories, and Assistant Buyer for Designer Footwear & Leathergoods. Her tenure as an Assistant Merchandiser further enriched her skill set in curating collections and optimizing product assortments.
