🙋🏼‍♀️ Hello lovely LinkedIn connections! It's been a minute (I appear to have totally fallen off the LI posting wagon) BUT I couldn't not hop on to give an update on VentureCEO, Cooper Parry's collaboration for early stage founders (those that know me well will know to expect a mammoth post - go on, you can make it to the end 😂)

💁🏼‍♀️ When I last posted we had just launched the Future of Health cohort, which was just an absolute joy. Wonderful founders (see my last post for their deets), of course doing incredible mission focused work, with a brilliant range of sector specific partners. The conversations through our CEO Circles, CEO Strategy and CEO Stories covered SOO much ground from selling into the NHS (of course!), exploring the US, fundraising, remote vs IRL teams, and super importantly how to preserve mental health ... ! As part of this collaboration we had absolutely amazing open, candid sessions from later stage CEOs - Dr. Nadine Hachach-Haram FRCS (Plast), BEM at Proximie, Robbie Hughes at Lumeon, Mark Jenkins prev. Oviva and Meri Beckwith at Lindus Health 🤩 Feedback at the end of the collaboration was 💥 so of course we went again ...

👩🏼‍💻 .. onto the Future of Money. Another very different, but again seriously impressive, group of 15 CEOs. I must confess I was super excited (and in all honesty surprised!) at the level of impact driving these fintech founders. Again we engaged super relevant partners in the fintech space and absolutely top drawer later stage CEOs to share their experiences and journeys, the discussions were so fascinating to listen to - lots around GTM, trusting your gut, the essential quality of sheer grit, and to always have in mind "why not today.."! A huge thank you to David Jarvis at Griffin, Tim Chong at Yonder, Martina King at Featurespace and Richard Davies at Allica Bank 🤩

🧐 Now we are onto .. the Future of Data 👀 If you are the CEO of a Seed to Series A company leading the way in this sector then I would love to chat to you! Honestly, we have created something that is genuinely a no brainer: 💫 No cost, low time commitment (1 hour a week online, with in person kick off and close events) 💫 A sector and stage specific peer network like no other 💫 Seriously top notch speakers (just check out who has been involved in our last collaborations!) 💫 Support for you as you scale through sessions and office hours, covering candid sharing with fellow CEOs, hearing from (and grilling!) later stage CEOs who have been there and done it, CEO strategy sessions and office hours with top tier VCs and super relevant service providers.

💁‍♀️ ... So, this happened last week 🤩 The first VentureCEO cohort launched with The Future of Health, and wow do we have a fab group of CEOs and Partners involved! It has taken lots of careful thinking and curation but Cooper Parry knows how to ensure value, and alongside our Headline Partner Amazon Web Services (AWS) this has been a super exciting collaboration to work on 🙏

Of course it has all my fave things at its heart 💓 💫 A focus on bringing together the amazing UK ecosystem to support seed to series A founders on the scaleup 🎢 (see all our brilliant partners tagged in comments!) 💫 A peer to peer community of CEOs in the same sector coming together to connect, share and relate 💫 Support from those that have reached a later stage on the scaleup🎢 with a huge willingness to share experiences 💫 A genuine focus on Founder / CEO health and wellbeing 💫 .. and of course, the feeling that this is just the beginning!
