Theodora Boguszewski is a professional with a diverse background fueled by a passion for community building.

Currently, she serves as the Senior Director of Economic and Workforce Development at Perch Advisors, where she supports economic projects in NYC and beyond by fostering community collaboration.

Theodora is dedicated to helping individuals connect, strengthen relationships, and achieve success through collaboration.

Aside from her role at Perch, she runs Porch Stomp, a nonprofit folk-music organization hosting an annual festival on Governors Island.

With a BFA in Dance from Purchase College, SUNY, Theodora blends her artistic background with community development, using storytelling as a tool for neighborhood empowerment and modern-day problem-solving.

Her work spans organizations like the Alliance for Coney Island, the Public Housing Community Fund, the North Brooklyn Parks Alliance, the Red Hook Business Alliance, and United Way of NYC.

Theodora's writing can be found in The Dance Enthusiast, while her spare time is dedicated to playing fiddle in 'The Old Grimes' and serving at Cowgirl Seahorse.
