Theresa Schneider is a professional with extensive experience in impact evaluation, public policy, and development economics. She worked as an Evaluation Analyst (Impact Evaluation) at the World Food Programme (WFP) from July 2020 to June 2021 in Rome, Italy. During this time, she contributed to WFP's efforts to assess and improve the effectiveness of its humanitarian and development interventions through rigorous evaluations.12

Her career includes roles such as Portfolio Manager at KfW, where she has been focusing on agriculture, water, and biodiversity projects in West Africa since January 2022. Before her tenure at WFP, she served as a Monitoring and Evaluation Consultant for the Inter-American Development Bank in Haiti and held various other positions in international development organizations.1

Theresa holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Economics from Heidelberg University and two Master’s degrees: one in International Economic Studies from Université Paris Est-Créteil and another in Public Policy and Development from the Toulouse School of Economics. She is fluent in German, English, and French.1
