Tomorrow, the Trinity Cyber team will again take the Polar Bear Plunge in the icy Chesapeake Bay in honor of our founder Steve Ryan’s big brother Charlie. Charlie had Down syndrome, but that did not stop him from competing and winning medals in the Special Olympics.

Charlie is no longer with us, but his love of the Special Olympics lives on through Steve and his extended family here at Trinity Cyber. Charlie and Steve were born with the same big heart, and the same competitive streak.

Most of us could make a living anywhere. It’s a blessing we are lucky enough to work at a place with a great mission, strong family bond, and a great boss.

We need your donations to meet our target. Please join us in saluting champions like Charlie and supporting the Special Olympics Maryland. Or, think of it as paying to dunk me in ice cold water 🥶
