Thomas Brown is a highly educated individual with a diverse academic background. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics & International Relations and Politics with an outstanding GPA from the University of Adelaide. Additionally, he pursued studies in Development Studies, Spanish, European Politics, and Economics through various immersion programs at reputable universities such as Universitas Gadjah Mada and Universitat Pompeu Fabra. To further his expertise, Thomas also completed a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science, focusing on Statistics and Applied Mathematics.

Continuing his academic journey, Thomas attained a Master of Public Administration in International Development (MPA-ID) from the prestigious Harvard Kennedy School. He complemented his studies with field research in Sociology and Anthropology at Universitas Katolik Parahyangan, demonstrating his commitment to holistic learning and global perspectives.

In terms of professional experience, Thomas has held crucial roles in several well-known organizations. His positions include Performance and Quality Advisor at the Australian Embassy in Timor Leste with Abt Associates - Australia, M&E Specialist for the Vanuatu Education Support Program (VESP II) at Tetra Tech International Development, and Consultant for Research Monitoring and Evaluation at the same organization. He has also worked as a Research Assistant at the Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL) and as a Summer Fellow at IMAGO Global Grassroots.

Furthermore, Thomas has contributed significantly to academia and research. He has served as a Research Associate for the BetterStart Child Health and Development Research Group at the University of Adelaide, as a Research Assistant focusing on Child Health, Development, and Education at the Telethon Kids Institute, and as a Research Analyst specializing in Education, Social Development, and Governance at the World Bank Group.

Thomas has showcased his leadership skills through various roles such as being part of the Executive Committee at the Jakarta Development Network, serving as the Co-founder and President of the West Java Chapter at the Australia-Indonesia Youth Association, and acting as the Patron of the Board (Indonesia) and M&E Coordinator at Same Skies. He has also shared his insights as the Indonesia Correspondent at Asia Options and engaged in community development through placements like Kuliah Kerja Nyata at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences UGM.

In addition to his professional and academic pursuits, Thomas has also contributed to the field of Mathematics by working as a Mathematics Instructor at the University of Adelaide and as a Summer Research Scholar at the Australian Mathematical Sciences Institute.
