Highlights
Had a minor surgical procedure this week and truly ate my own dog food by using Caro Health as a patient for the first time. The experience was surreal and validated our work. Shoutout to Sander Beekmans at Esser Clinics for a smooth procedure and stellar patient experience! 🙏
Honestly, I can't imagine going in for a medical procedure without an app like this. It's like flying without GPS. 🐶

Rather brilliant take by Bill Gurley. He's highlighting how Epic has essentially manipulated the U.S. regulatory framework to its advantage. However, simply paying people to change behavior rarely works in the long term.
Can’t help it to think of certain (healthcare) subsidy programs in the Netherlands that had good intentions but were not effective. If you truly want to make a significant impact, you need to motivate people or organizations with convincing and genuine reasons to voluntarily switch products or services.
