Thomas Osborne, also known as Elizabeth ('Betsy') Osborn, serves as the Asia Projects Director at the Harvard T.H. With a background in multi-disciplinary research initiatives in countries like Indonesia, India, and Malaysia, Betsy brings a decade of experience from the U.S. Agency for International Development, including significant time in Indonesia. Her research interests span organizational transformations in health ministries and the financing and delivery of health services in Asia, particularly concerning the elderly populations in low and middle income countries.
