Thomas Triolo Moloney is a prominent figure in the area of autism employment, known for his role as the first senior leadership level employee at Blue Star Recyclers. With a diagnosed disability, he is a representative of the autistic workforce, where he manages the refurbishing of computers, resale of tested components, and the social media presence of Blue Star Recyclers. His work aims to advance the circular economy, bridge the digital divide, and create employment opportunities for individuals on the autism spectrum or with other disabilities.

Thomas's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Theater Film and Television from the University of Colorado Denver, an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Theatre/Theater from Trinidad State Junior College, and a high school diploma from Jefferson County Open Secondary.

Throughout his professional journey, Thomas has held various roles, including his current position as the Resale and Digital Marketing Manager at Blue Star Recyclers. Previously, he served as the Refurbishment and Social Media Manager at the same organization. His experience also includes roles such as Sound and Lighting Technician at Manhatten Creative Group, Stagehand at Rhino Staging & Event Solutions, Haunted House Lead at Elitch Gardens, Usher at Cirque du Soleil, Producer at University of Colorado Denver, Assistant Pyrotechnic Technician at Arial Artistry Fireworks, Stage Technician at Elitch Gardens, and Technical Apprentice at Southern Colorado Repertory Theater.
