Highlights
I am happy to announce that we have successfully completed the enrollment and initial dosing of Cohort 2 in our Phase I clinical trial, following a positive review from the Safety Review Committee (SRC).
The positive feedback from the SRC reaffirms our commitment to safety as we continue to explore the potential of PAS-004. We are now eagerly looking forward to enrolling patients in the higher dose cohorts and gathering more data on safety, tolerability, and biomarkers.
This progress wouldn’t have been possible without the dedication and hard work of our incredible team and the trust and participation of our patients.
This milestone brings us one step closer to advancing our next-generation MEK inhibitor, PAS-004, for the treatment of Neurofibromatosis Type 1 (NF1) and towards a promising future for these patients.

The journey of our PAS003 program has started at Stanford University.
This recent Stanford article looks into the inception of this work and sheds light on how Stanford scientists first implicated alpha5 integrin in Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), a devastating motor neuron disease.
This pivotal work at Stanford marks the genesis of our efforts, as we are moving our drug targeting alpha5 integrin closer to clinical trials.
A heartfelt thank you to the brilliant minds and dedication of the scientists at Stanford and Mayo Clinic who have been instrumental in these groundbreaking studies.
Together, we're striving to make a tangible difference in the fight against ALS.
