Dr. Tiffany Crosby is a senior executive at The Ohio Society of CPAs (OSCPA) with extensive experience in learning, leadership, and organizational development. She has served as the Chief Learning Officer at OSCPA since July 2015, responsible for developing and implementing learning strategies, technologies, and operations across the organization.12 As of January 2025, Crosby was promoted to Senior Vice President, overseeing culture and organizational development, thought leadership, workforce development, and OSCPA's B2B sales organization.4
