Inspiring days in Seattle with IBM Instana and Amazon Web Services (AWS), focusing on the question of how we can serve our customers even better in the future: through cloud-native Observability as part of the IBM AIOps portfolio, fully integrated with AWS.
With AWS service teams, we delved into the future of Application Performance Monitoring (APM), with Intelligent Remediation based on AIML, Automated Incident Analysis and Business Observability capabilities. Instana leverages the highest data granularity, uniquely with 100% tracing, with the highest level of ease and integration into AWS. Thank you to the IBM team for spending your time with us at the AWS Headquarters in Seattle.
I also want to share a personal note about my role at AWS.
