Highlights
This was my dad, Rev. Leonard Ballesteros, Jr. He worked for MMBB, a pioneer in Employee Benefits. They provided Health & Pension benefits to Ministers & Missionaries around the world including Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr. (see his app below). Coretta Scott King was covered by MMBB from 1963 until she passed in 2006. I'm proud of my dad and miss him every day (he passed in 2011). He's definitely one of the reasons I got into Employee Benefits.
Congrats to Debbie Lamb-Magruder, CPA for being named the "Vicky Raymond Helping Hands" Honoree for this year for her work with CECO.
The Conductive Education Center of Orlando (CECO) is a great organization that is worthy of your time and resources. They help physically challenged students (many with Cerebral Palsy) live their best lives. Families move from around the world to Orlando to participate in this program. If you know someone who could benefit from their services, please connect them.
Thank you to Debbie for inviting me and to Krisztina Weiszhaupt, Ph.D. for putting together such a nice event at Harry P Leu Gardens.
