Tim Lillis is an award-winning strategic interaction designer and creative director. His passion lies in crafting exceptional designs by blending user experience, brand vision, and business strategy. Tim pursued his education at Wentworth Institute of Technology, where he completed a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Design. He further honed his skills by obtaining a User Experience Design certificate from the Bay Area Video Coalition and a Master of Science in Geographic Information Science from San Francisco State University.

Tim has been actively involved in various organizations, including serving as the Co-Lead at Climate Designers, holding a Design Leadership position at Defense Digital Service, and working as a Partner, Creative Director, and Business Development lead at Primer Stories. Additionally, Tim has a rich history of roles such as Creative Director, Visual Designer, and UX Designer. He has also contributed significantly as the Principal Brand Designer for Firefox at Mozilla and served as a Co-Founder and Managing Director at Music Video Race.

Tim's professional background is diverse and includes roles such as Cartographer, Designer, and Logistics Consultant at The San Francisco Marathon, Panelist at SXSW, Bassist at Microfiche, Freelance Illustrator at Maker Media, and various design-related positions at organizations like Kaiju Big Battel and Altitude.
