Tim Moriarty is an attorney who previously served as Special Counsel to Indianapolis Mayor Joe Hogsett. In this role, he led significant public projects involving complex transactions and important policy matters.1 Moriarty was instrumental in managing the formation and passage of multiple bipartisan, balanced $1+ billion city budgets, negotiating the city's two largest public sector union contracts, and advising Mayor Hogsett on legal, budgetary, and policy matters related to the COVID-19 pandemic response.1

Moriarty has a strong focus on equity and social justice. He led the Mayor's Criminal Justice Reform Task Force, which resulted in the formation of Indianapolis' Mobile-Crisis Assistance Teams (MCAT) and the construction of the Indianapolis Assessment and Intervention Center.1 He also worked to change the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department's "use of force" standards to align with national best practices in policing.1

Andre Carson.1 He holds a J.D. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and a B.A. in History from Indiana University-Purdue University, Indianapolis.12
