Highlights
My WordPress User Security workshop is on the 29th of August, and you yes, you, I see you, should come!
Why?
Because everything you think about users is wrong! They are not ungrateful ******. Okay, so some of them make it hard not to think that way, but this workshop is not about that. It's about User Security.
In this practical workshop, we will work from the ground up. We'll explore users, roles (plural, yes, because users can have more than one), and capabilities, as well as how to assess users' needs versus wants. We will discuss enforcing useful passwords and implementing MFA (multi-factor authentication) in a way that isn't too annoying.
We will consider single sign-ons, talk about hashing versus encryption, and learn how to make passwords more secure in WordPress. We'll also cover session management.
Finally, we'll top it off with monitoring users and identifying ways to alert us when they are up to no good.
All that and more in 90 minutes of a live workshop, followed by a 30-minute Q&A session. You will receive all the resources you could ever want, including the tools I use for my sites and setups.
You really want to come. Seriously, this is the workshop I've wanted to offer for years to my developer friends, site builders, and agency owners. You all can benefit, so get your tickets today!
Tickets are on sale with an Early Bird price of £50 ($65) and will go up to £75 ($95). If you are booking more than 3 tickets, message me for a discount and other purchase options!
