Tim's educational background includes studying Business Administration at Herkimer County Community College and Business/Public Management at SUNY Polytechnic Institute.

Throughout his career, Tim has held key roles such as Change Initiatives & HR Compliance Leader, Talent Acquisition Leader, Commercial Learning/Operations Leader, and Human Resources/Leadership Development positions at GE Global Research and GE Corporate.

Prior to his tenure at GE, he served as an HR Manager at Varflex Corporation, further enriching his diverse professional experience in the human resources domain.
