Tim Ross is an experienced and proven business leader with over 15 years of expertise in operational leadership, marketing, strategic consulting, and product innovation.

He has excelled in budgeting, P&L management, brand development, consumer insights research, and strategic planning for a diverse range of clients including Fortune 1000 companies, celebrities, major food manufacturers, luxury brands, and retail developments.

As the founder of Kendall Ross Retail Brand Development and Design, he led the company to become an award-winning firm known for creating effective retail programs that drive customer loyalty.

During his tenure at Alaska National, Tim oversaw marketing strategies across multiple regions, managed digital platforms and customer retention programs, and spearheaded industry outreach initiatives.

Currently, as an Innovation Lab Specialist at Munich Reinsurance America, Tim leverages his expertise to challenge assumptions, develop business models, and drive value creation through innovation, lean start-up practices, and design thinking.

Tim holds a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design from the Kansas City Art Institute and has also studied at the University of the Pacific.
