Tim Welsh is a highly accomplished professional who most recently served as the Vice Chair of Consumer and Business Banking at U.S. Bank, overseeing a wide range of products and services that constitute a significant portion of the bank's operations.

Prior to his role at U.S. Bank, Tim spent nearly 27 years at McKinsey & Company, where he held various leadership positions and worked with prominent clients in the financial services and consumer industries. His contributions to McKinsey included serving on the Shareholders Council, leading global initiatives, and managing key practice areas.

Tim Welsh is deeply committed to the community and is a founding member of the Itasca Project, a notable organization focused on regional development. He also actively participates on the boards of numerous non-profit organizations, demonstrating his dedication to social impact and community betterment.

Educationally, Tim holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Social Studies from Harvard University, showcasing his strong academic background in business and social sciences.
