Timon Schrijer is a seasoned professional in the field of web development and web design, with a diverse background working for various companies. His career kick-started at Amplio Internet Solutions in Leiden, where he gained his initial experiences. Subsequently, he continued honing his skills during and after his internship at Your Element in Zoetermeer, later relocated to Gouda. At Your Element, a small creative firm, he garnered significant expertise in design and developing interactive websites. The relaxed atmosphere at the company, both internally and with clients, provided Timon with the perfect environment to tackle new challenges and foster his personal growth.
Following his graduation as an ICT Engineer, Timon transitioned to Tri-ennium, where he further expanded his knowledge in XML, XSL, Xpath, HTML, CSS, and Javascript. Working in this medium-sized company instilled in him a sense of professionalism and project structuring. After spending four years at Tri-ennium, he ventured into the Digital Productions department at RTL, where he delved into custom projects such as The Voice Of Holland website, Goede Tijden, Slechte Tijden, RTL's intranet called Square, and the rebranding of RTL's corporate websites.
Currently, Timon serves as a Scrum Master and Senior Developer within the Customer Experience Team at RTL. This team focuses on enhancing the websites of VOD platforms, including Videoland and RTL XL, and manages the APIs that power the corresponding apps.
