With over 25 years of experience as a Corporate Partner, Timothy specializes in cross-border mergers, private equity investments, and joint ventures, offering comprehensive insights into complex legal challenges and opportunities.

Timothy's exceptional educational background includes a Doctor of Law (JD) from Harvard Law School, an MBA from Harvard Business School, and an A.B. in Sociology, Magna Cum Laude, from Harvard University. He also completed his high school education at the University of Chicago Lab School.

Beyond his role at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Timothy has been actively involved in various prestigious organizations. He has served as the Vice-Chair of the Board of Trustees at New York Public Radio and as a Board Member, Chair of Corporate Governance Committee at the New York City Economic Development Corporation.

Timothy has also contributed his expertise as an Adjunct Professor of International Law at Hunter College, an Advisory Board Member at Equality Now, the President of the Board at NYC Global Partners, and in various other leadership positions supporting important causes and institutions.

Prior to his current role, Timothy gained valuable experience as an Associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, refining his legal skills and knowledge in a prominent law firm setting.
