Tina Amper (she/her) is the Community Advisor for the Rules as Code (RaC) Community of Practice at the Beeck Center for Social Impact + Innovation at Georgetown University.13 She is a community builder, strategy consultant, and former social entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in tech community management, program development, and non-profit operations.13

Tina founded and organized Geeks on a Beach (GOAB), an international conference for tech startup enthusiasts.2 She also founded the Community Management Institute in 2021 to help individuals and companies learn effective community strategies.3
