Tina Hossain is the Co-founder and COO of Next Shift Learning, with a focus on building an equitable workforce through upskilling underrepresented talent, developing emerging leaders, and enhancing product growth through user acquisition and retention.

She leverages a decade of experience in legislative, business strategy, and healthcare consulting to drive client solutions strategy, scale operational capabilities, and create foundational growth strategies.

Tina holds an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Government and International Relations from Claremont McKenna College.

Her professional background includes roles at Optum, Kaiser Permanente, Davita, and Oliver Wyman, where she led major initiatives in healthcare, enterprise strategies, post-merger integration, and operational efficiency reforms.

Passionate about creating equitable access to healthcare, Tina's mission led her to co-found Next Shift Learning, where she develops inclusive learning content and experiences for individuals and teams.

She has worked with global enterprises like Snap Inc. and Endeavor, as well as government and academic organizations such as UCLA, to deliver world-class learning products and solutions.

Tina's expertise in client solutions strategy, talent development, and operational efficiency positions her as a leader in promoting diversity and inclusion in the workforce.
