Highlights
I was honored to join Prof. Jon M. Jachimowicz at Harvard Business School to launch a new case study on Simprints. Over the past year, Jon and his incredible case-writing team documented our #socialenterprise journey, from the highest points to the lowest moments. I shared as vulnerably as I could the hard tensions facing social enterprises, alongside the genuine mistakes I've made as a CEO—and there have been many. Without our incredible friends, teammates, and champions, there is no chance we would have made it.
I'm thrilled the #hbs #casestudy "Is Passion Enough for Simprints to Thrive" is now live (https://lnkd.in/dz_Dagmb). My deep thanks to Jon and his colleagues for teaching this case to all first-year MBAs in the LEAD program, who left me inspired with their smart questions and sincere desire to create #socialimpact in their careers. Also, my gratitude beyond words to my incredible co-founders Alexandra Grigore and Tristram Norman who stuck with journey, and the Simprints champions who contributed to the case like Anna H., Rebecca Weintraub, Jonathan Jackson, Alfenur Abu Kufa, Bill Hoggarth, Etienne Thiery, Kiyo Egashira and many others—we wouldn't be here without you.
