Highlights

Feb 8 · linkedin

Since 2010 Invited has acquired 13 member-owned clubs and these Clubs had two things in common:

  • Need for Members
  • Need for Capital Improvements    In today’s high-interest rate environment, we are hearing from more and more member-owned clubs about the challenges they face securing financing for capital improvements. At Invited, we have both the capital and execution capabilities to improve the overall Member experience, and we are actively looking for clubs to invest in.    Historically, these acquisitions have required capital of up to $5 million dollars for immediate improvements, most of which was spent on non-golf amenities such as restaurants, aquatics, and fitness. During the past two years, we have funded several Club repositioning’s in which significantly more than $5 million dollars was invested in our golf courses and practice facilities.    We are happy to confidentially discuss how Invited can play a role in facilitating similar improvements to enhance the member experience at your club.
