Tom Harris is the Founder and Managing Director of White Sky Music Pty Ltd, a music accounting firm in Australia, as well as the Founder/CEO of TourTracks Pty Ltd.3 He started White Sky in 2002, initially working out of his bedroom, with his first client being the indie record label Rubber Records.1 White Sky has since grown to become the largest music accounting firm in Australia, with over 50 staff and offices in Melbourne and Sydney, handling finances for over 500 bands, record labels, festivals, and various music businesses.2

In addition to his work at White Sky, Tom has experience in artist management. He co-managed The Temper Trap from 2006 to 2011 and currently manages the ARIA Award-winning children's band Teeny Tiny Stevies.2 Tom has also been involved with industry organizations, joining the Board of the Association of Artist Managers (AAM) in 2010 and taking on the role of Treasurer in 2012.2

TourTracks, Tom's most recent venture launched in 2019, is a software platform designed to streamline the tour budgeting process for artists, managers, and tour promoters.2 This demonstrates his continued commitment to improving business processes in the music industry.
