Tom Henning is an experienced tax attorney specializing in tax planning, partnership formations, REITS, non-profits, estate planning, corporate structuring, and tax controversies.

With a background that includes overseeing the formation of numerous foreign and domestic partnerships, joint ventures, and limited liability companies, Tom has a wealth of experience in working with start-ups, commercial developments, resort projects, investment funds, and family partnerships.

In dissolution matters, Tom is well-versed in handling both amicable and challenging partnership buy-outs, dissolutions, and workouts.

Tom Henning's expertise extends to serving as legal counsel for corporate mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations involving shareholders, real estate investment trusts (REITs), as well as national and multi-national companies.

His educational journey includes studying LLM in Tax at New York University School of Law, a JD from Georgetown University Law Center, and a BA in Economics from UCLA.

Tom has shared his knowledge as a former Adjunct Professor at Loyola Law School and gained practical experience as a Partner at Loeb & Loeb LLP.
