Tom Keiser is a seasoned business and technology leader with a rich background in global business transformation, SaaS enterprise software, management consulting, e-commerce, and retail. With over 30 years of experience, Tom has a strong track record of driving top-line growth, establishing scalable technology operations, and cultivating effective leadership. Prior to his current roles, Tom served as the COO at Carta overseeing GTM functions and supporting operations, the CEO of Hootsuite focusing on social media management, and the COO of Zendesk in charge of scaling a rapidly growing customer experience SaaS company. Before joining Zendesk, he held significant CIO and Operations leadership positions at Gap Inc. and L Brands, global specialty retailers. Tom also has a background in management consulting, having worked with Ernst & Young and Capgemini for over a decade. Tom is passionate about problem-solving, team building, and fostering high performance. Outside of work, he enjoys various interests such as being a father and husband, traveling between SFO and ATL, reading, serving on the board of Big Brothers Big Sisters, participating in sports, fly fishing, collecting art, owning a small business, and showing off his decent jump shot.
